Free homework help during term-time with volunteers on hand to help your child with their homework. Children will benefit from a space to study, access to a wide selection of books and internet access.

Art and social workshop

A relaxed, social art workshop set in West Barnes Library. Ideal for ages 18-35, but open to all! Each month there'll be a spotlight on a particular theme or artist, some time to work on individual projects in a collaborative space, and a chance to wind down and get to know each other at the end.
Event hosted by Kaitlin Zhang. Kaitlin is an artist, graphic designer and CEO of Oval Branding. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Arts from the University of British Columbia, Canada.

Come and experience the sights, sounds and essence of our amazing sensory library! We have a variety of specially designed SEND books and toys ready for use at these sessions.
Numbers are limited and booking is essential. Please book a ticket just for an adult person, children don’t need to. You may bring a maximum of 3 children to the event.
